1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the terms and conditions of entry into the Promotion. 2. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry. 3. Entry must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid. 4. The Promotion commences in Rebel Sport stores on 15th May 2012 at 8.30 am (AEST) and all transactions to enter must be made online at rebelsport.com or at a Rebel Sport store within Australia, before 15th July 2012 at 6:00 pm (AEST) (“Promotional Period”). 5. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, a customer (the "Purchaser") must become a Member of Rebel’s loyalty program, Rebel Season Pass in Australian Rebel Sport stores, by registering online at Rebelseasonpass.com.au or in store prior to spending $50.00 or more on any Rojo or Elude products in one transaction from participating Rebel Sport stores within Australia. Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 12 years and over. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain permission from a parent or guardian prior to entering. If the winner is under 18 years of age the prize will be awarded to a parent or guardian on behalf of the winner and is subject to proof of identification ("ID"). 10. The REBEL SPORT & Rojo SkiJapan.com powder holiday prize includes the following: · Two return Economy airfares from the nearest Australian Eastern capital City to Chitose Airport (Sapporo) in Japan. Airline to be confirmed by Skijapan.com depending on travel dates. All airline and airport taxes from Australian Eastern Cities to Japan are included. The prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize. Excludes travel insurance, meals, spending money, change of flight charges, excess baggage allowances, any trip cancellation or amendment fees and any in resort upgrades of equipment, accommodation and services. If the winner of the aforementioned prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian on behalf of the winner. 16. The winner will be notified in writing and by phone from a representative at Rebel Sport and published in the Australian on Friday 9th November 2012. 18. The decision of the scrutiniser is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable. 19. It is a condition of accepting the prizes that the winner/s of the Promotion will be required to sign a legal release in a form reasonably determined by Rebel Sport in its absolute discretion. Rebel Sport and any companies related to Rebel Group shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury and or death suffered or sustained in connection with any of the prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 20. Employees of Rebel Sport and Amart and their immediate family members and associated agencies and companies of Rebel Sport and Amart are not eligible to win, and will be redrawn if necessary. 21. Rebel Sport reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, and proof of entry validity in the form of a valid receipt. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Rebel Sport. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. 22. Entries will not be entered into any database without the consent of the entrant and contact will only be made with the winners in relation to the receipt of their prize, unless otherwise agreed. 23. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Rebel or Rebel Sport which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Amart or Rebel Sport reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual whom Amart or Rebel Sport has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct which may jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. This includes tampering with or attempting to tamper with the entry process, interference with the rules or Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, the operation of the Promotion, violation of the rules or Terms and Conditions of the Promotion or deliberately undermining the administration, security or legitimate operation of the Promotion. Rebel or Rebel Sport reserves the right to seek damages and relief from all persons responsible for such acts and to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under any state permit regulation. 24. A disqualified Purchaser will not be entitled to any refund of any purchase made as per Condition 5 of these Terms and Conditions and will not be eligible for any prize/s. 25. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, SLOMS may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state regulations. 26. All decisions regarding the interpretation of matters including rules and eligibility will be made by Amart and Rebel Sport at their sole discretion.
